Online Friends and Family Test
It is important to us that you have an opportunity to tell us about your experiences of using HPFT services. All our surveys can be completed anonymously and online and we want you to be honest about what was good and what could have been better. Your feedback will be used to improve services for young people and their parents and carers in the future.

The Shared Experience Library
