Emergency Support

If you, a friend or a family member are experiencing a mental health crisis, that requires emergency help, please call 999 and ask for an ambulance.

Non Emergency Support

If you are not already using our services

If it is not an emergency but you need help and support and it is Monday-Friday and between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm please call our Single Point of Access (SPA) on 0300 777 0707 to speak to someone.

If it is the weekend, a bank holiday or between the hours of 5:00pm-8:00am please call our Out of Hours Mental Health Helpline on 01438 843322 to speak to someone.

Additionally young people have told us that Kooth provides great support for free between the hours of 12:00pm-10:00pm (Monday- Friday) and 6:00pm-10:00pm (Saturday and Sunday).
